Finance and Insurance Manager

A busy Nissan Dealership with an extensive Used Car Operation is looking for an experienced F&I Manager, with a documented track record within the Automotive Industry.  

Duties

Must have good organizational and communication skills and be able to offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, while providing them a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties along with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Duties also include processing finance and lease deals with accuracy and securing approval through financial sources and through the proper federal, state, and corporate channels.

Two years of automotive dealership experience is preferred.  Must have the ability to maintain at a minimum of $1,200 PVR. Familiarity with E-Contracting a plus.  F&I Managers must have strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees and finance/insurance vendors while representing the dealership.

 

Must have knowledge of DMS Systems, Arkona, Reynolds, ADP.  The ability to work with Menu Based Selling is a required. Work Ethic and Integrity are a must, along with a strong CSI background and desire to grow within our company. The Automotive Industry requires punctuality, along with working extended hours, evenings and weekends for goals to be achieved.
